In October 1631, in the midst of the Thirty Years War, Catholic troops commanded by the Count of Tilly, attacked with a force of 40,000 troops, losing only 300 men, occupied Protestant Rothenburg. Tilly threatened to plunder and completely level the city. On a whim he promised to spare the town from destruction if a town officer could manage to drink an enormous tankard containing four-fifths of a gallon wine in one go.

    Hey, is that the city with the giant wine barrel? Anyway, that’s a tough question. My first thought was Lucy Hobbs Taylor. She was the first American female dentist. That does not sound very exciting, but her persistence paved the way for other women in the field of medicine! We could call it Taylor Time. :D HAHA. We could have giant teeth all around, floats with tooth brushes, and people driving around on dentist chairs on wheels!
